Terms of Use

These terms apply to EchoFoundry games, apps and websites that link to them, across supported platforms. Store-specific terms and mandatory consumer rights also apply. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant service.

Playing our games

Features, availability and age ratings vary by product and release. Follow the game's controls and applicable platform rules. Virtual currency, items, upgrades and rewards are for entertainment; they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money. Any simulated rivals are not real online players.

Saved progress and personal media

Current game progress is stored locally. Clearing storage, changing devices or uninstalling may remove it. We do not guarantee recovery of a lost local save. If you import an image or music file, use content you have the right to use. Importing it does not transfer ownership to EchoFoundry or give you rights to redistribute someone else's work.

Purchases, where offered

Real-money purchases use the store checkout shown in the app. Price, contents, duration and any renewal terms are shown before confirmation. Manage cancellation and refunds through the purchasing platform. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Consumed supplies and local game progress may not be restorable; eligible purchases are subject to the product's restore controls and store rules.

Fair use and ownership

Do not distribute malware, disrupt our services, impersonate EchoFoundry or exploit purchase and reward systems. Studio branding and promotional media may be used for accurate editorial coverage with attribution. Do not resell or repackage them as your own. Third-party software and artwork retain their applicable licenses.

Availability and updates

We may update, change or discontinue a product or website. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
